Natural gas furnace and/or fireplace inspection and tune-up:
  • 21-point inspection including safety check for gas on your heating system
  • Some of them include:
  • Inspect blower and motor and record AMP draw (lubricate as needed)
  • Replacement of filter provided by customer while on site at time of inspection
  • Inspect unit wiring and electrical disconnect
  • Test ignitor resistance, test motor amps
  • Check high limit control (adjust as needed)
  • Inspect gas lines and connections at furnace /boiler for leaks
  • Inspect burner ignition system and assembly
  • Inspect gas burners
  • Check and adjust manifold gas pressure
  • Test to ensure for proper fan speed
  • Test motor capacitor
  • Test inducer motor amps
  • Clean pressure switch barb
  • Clean flame sensor/thermocouple
A/C inspection:
  • Visually inspect capacitors for leakage and rust
  • Replacement of filter provided by customer while on site at time of inspection
  • Check condenser motor bearings; lubricate non sealed condenser motor bearings (when necessary)
  • Test refrigerant levels
  • Inspect condensate drain, pan, and pump
  • Test indoor motor amps
  • Inspect fuses, Inspect wiring
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Inspect contractors, relays and pressure controls
  • Inspect electrical safety circuits
  • Check voltage and amperage to all motors
