What You Get
A fun and educational March Break robotics day camp where kids in Grades 2-6 spend the week building their very own robot.
Description
For a lot of kids, holidays can result in sugar rushes caused by a daily consumption of junk food and an infrequent consumption of knowledge. Enroll your child in a program that's both fun and mentally stimulating with today's WagJag: $99 for a March Break kids' robotic camp from Sylvan Learning in Courtice (a $199 value).
Sylvan Learning's new robotics camp keep your child's brain active when school's out. Each one-hour daily camp session includes fun-filled activities to inspire the imagination and enhance skills in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) fields. The week is spent building a robot out of LEGO materials and programming it to come to life with the help of small groups. Kids in Grades 2-6 are welcome to partake in this freaky science experiment, building critical thinking, teamwork and practical technology skills. Not only do they leave the camp a bonafide robotics technician, but also go back to school the following week with a leg up in their student life.
