- Must book first session within 60 days of purchase. Voucher expires one year after activation
- Limit 1 voucher per person, may buy more as gifts
- Appointments required and subject to availability
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment. Late arrivals will void appointment and additional fees may apply to reschedule
- Must give 24 hours notice for cancellation or voucher is void
- All services must be used by same person, voucher is non-transferable
- Valid for 2 small areas OR 1 medium area OR half of a large area
- Valid for maximum of 30 minutes per session
- Additional cost of $3.00 per minute will apply after 30 minutes have been reached
- Minimum 6 to 8 weeks between sessions during the one year period
- For best results, use all treatments sessions on same area
- Valid for new clients only or those who have not had a laser hair removal treatment in the past month at Health Medica
- Not valid with any other offers or promotions
