What You Get
What You Get
One or three fun and educational days of camp on PA Days with eight themed days to choose from.
Description
Now that school is in full swing, keep the learning going even when the kids have a day off. They have a "fun" day learning without realizing they are learning. You feel good that they are enhancing and growing their skills in math, reading and writing and ready to charge back into school the next day. Win. Win. Enroll your child in a program that's both fun and mentally stimulating with today's WagJag from Sylvan Learning in Courtice:
Sylvan Learning's themed academic camps keep your child's brain active when school's out. Each daily camp session includes fun-filled activities to inspire the imagination and enhance skills in math, writing, language and more. Students learn by participating in games and activities that fluctuate depending on the theme: "Crazy About Art," for example, centres on a hands-on art session courtesy of Crock-A-Doodle pottery painting sudios, while "Mad about Science" gets campers to produce experiments directed by Mad Science of Toronto. "Wild About Animals" includes a live animal show presented by Return to the Wild, and "Beat to Your Own Drum" includes an interactive drumming lesson from Random Acts of Rhythm. A pizza lunch is included in the camp admission, so attendees need only bring a few snacks to tide them over. There are 20 spots available for each week so be sure to sign up fast.
Sessions (choose one at checkout for option one; call to book for option two):
- $75 for 1 day of educational camp for pre-k to grade 12 students (a $150 value)
- $190 for 3 days of educational camp for pre-k to grade 12 students (a $450 value)
