Description
Tucked into the tranquil shores of Bernard Lake, en route from Huntsville to North Bay, Northridge Inn & Resort is perched in a perfect northern Ontario landscape. Here an array of activities reign over the four seasons as they transform the intimate grounds
Quaint charm, bustling activity
Small enough to feel like a boutique hotel, yet expansive enough to provide activities of all kinds, Northridge is the perfect outdoor retreat. Located just off Highway 11, the resort creeps to the edge of the Almaguin Highlands where you can find some of the county's best trails, dotted with centuries-old pines. The area is also designated as a special hunting and fishing ground, and guests at Northridge have use of canoes and kayaks to traverse the beautiful lakefront.
Fresh salmon, smooth jazz
The dining room on site is committed to exceptional cuisine that reflects the bounty of northern Canada, and you can feast on venison with a wildberry coulis or fresh salmon caught from nearby shores while enjoying your complimentary bottle of wine. The Oak Room Lounge is also on hand to sooth after days of adventure with its award winning wine and the velvety timbre of jazz tunes.
Comfortable lodge rooms
Rooms borrow from rustic influences to deliver a true Muskoka ambiance that is commanded by pine paneling and wood-burning fireplaces. Guests can congregate with in-room after an active day on the trails, or dip into the sauna and outdoor hot tub.
