Celestin's artfully assembled prix fixe dinner menu shows off a selection of classic French dishes. Chef Ivan Tarazona's intensely flavourful appetizers, mains and desserts are presented by savvy staff who are happy to help those new to French fare navigate through the courses. Beginning with the chef's nightly creation of amuse bouche, palates are treated to a choice of three appetizers, three mains and three desserts. Among the selections for the bistro feast are roasted beet salad with goat cheese, seared filet of snapper, and petit fours (see the complete menu below).
Centrally situated in Mount Pleasant Village, Celestin welcomes patrons with an intimate dining room that glows with warmth. Creamy yellow walls, wide windows, crisp white linens and a tiled floor blend comfort with sophistication. Outside, a small number of patio tables allow for plein-air eating and drinking in the warmer months.

- Seared filet of snapper, with a corn and saffron sofrito and pomme pave
- Seared strip loin with sauteed swiss chard, pomme fondant and a pommery mustard sauce
Desserts
- Platter of petit fours
- Chocolate and graham cracker fudge with flambeed marshmallow and passion fruit coulis
- Trio of sorbet, served in house-made cones
