Show your body who's boss with today's WagJag from nutritionist Andria Barrett: $69 for a four-week Get Lean, Eat Clean fitness and nutrition course or a four-week Eat Clean, Be Serene fitness and yoga course.
Nutritionist Andria, coach Trina and yogini Ella school students in the fundamentals of healthy eating, proper exercise and the yogic arts in four-week workshops. Prepare to sweat, learn, and breathe your way through two-hour sessions that are half physical activity and half nutrition education. The Get Lean, Eat Clean course kicks off with a class in Nutrition 101, followed by lower body, upper body and core workouts, and lessons on liquid nutrition, eating for energy, and detox foods. The Eat Clean, Be Serene option focuses on yoga and mindful eating, with stretching and nutrition sessions focused on opening the joints, better sleep and detoxification.
A certified holistic nutritionist, Andria is passionate about healthy eating and better living, with specialties in diabetic diets, raw foods and natural skincare. She and her team lead fun and interactive classes to get students inspired about making healthy lifestyle changes. Classes are limited to 40 participants to ensure each student gets face-time with the experts.
