ProDojos are a network of independently owned and operated schools in locations across the country, each providing top-quality instruction in all matters martial for grasshoppers aged three to grownup. Each location offers classes in disciplines like karate, judo, jiu jitsu, MMA and kickboxing. Kids' classes teach basic moves as well as valuable schoolyard concepts like confidence and respect. Teen classes focus on skills, honour and good conduct, while adult classes for all levels of experience are a fun way to improve coordination, endurance, and let out a few stress-busting "ki-YAH!"s.

Each ProDojo sets its own class schedule, but sessions are usually available on weeknights and weekends.
