- How does WagJag work?
WagJag is a group discount website that provides discounts on products and services. If the number of buys is over the minimum number required, the deal is active. If the minimum buys have not been met then the deal gets cancelled with no charge to you. The voucher will be available within 24 hours of the deal closing.
- How can I participate?
Purchasing a deal is very easy.
- Pick a deal you would like to purchase
- Click on the Buy button
- Fill in your information to create a WagJag account or log into your WagJag account
- Enter your credit card information
If the minimum buys have been met then your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
- How much does it cost to register with WagJag.com or receive daily deal emails?
There is no charge to join and it's completely free. By joining you will automatically be enrolled into our email system to get the latest deals via email. Never miss out on a great deal.
- How can I ensure that my WagJag purchase gets enough buyers?
Pass it on. The more people who know, the better! A good place to start is with friends, family, co-workers, other friends, distant cousins, your Twitter followers and more friends.
- How do I know if the WagJag was activated (there were enough people who purchased it)?
You can see how many vouchers were bought in real time on the deal's page.
- How do I get my voucher(s)?
Once the time has ended on the deal you will be notified by email that the voucher is ready to be printed. Follow the directions listed below to retrieve your voucher.
- Log into your WagJag account
- Click on My Account and Select your voucher
- Click on View PDF voucher
This will allow you to download your voucher and will give you the ability to print it.
- When do I get my voucher(s)?
You will receive your voucher(s) the day after the time runs out for that WagJag. To retrieve it you will need to log into your WagJag account. Vouchers can be found under the My Account section.
NOTE: If the deal ends on a weekend/holiday, your voucher will be available on the next business day.
- What if I lose my voucher (or my dog eats it)?
If you lose or misplace your printed voucher, not to worry. You can log into your WagJag account and your voucher will be available there. All you have to do is reprint your voucher.
- Do I need to print my voucher?
Well, yes and no. In most cases you will need to print the voucher and present it to the company for redemption. Sometimes, you do not need to print your voucher but will need the unique ID number(s) on it to redeem your WagJag by phone or online. If this is the case, it will be stated on the voucher, you have purchased.
- I don't think I received my voucher(s) - what should I do?
When the deal has ended you will receive a confirmation email that your voucher is ready. If you don't see that email in your inbox, it's possible that the email program you are using may have assigned it to your junk/spam mailbox.
In order to retrieve and print your voucher you will need to log into your WagJag account.
NOTE: The email confirmation does not include the voucher you have purchased. To retrieve your voucher you will need to log into your WagJag account.
- When can I use my voucher(s)?
You can typically use your voucher as soon as you receive it, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Some deals are so awesome they can only be contained within a specific period of time, so check carefully.
- Do vouchers expire?
Any restrictions, including expiration date, will be stated on the voucher and on the feature page under "Details", so you know all you need to know in order to make the purchase. The expiration date is binding unless prohibited by law. Sometimes a voucher will have no expiry date, in which case you'll see "No expiry" at the top of the "Details" section.
- Do I need ID when I redeem my voucher(s)?
Yes - please bring a valid ID with you when you redeem your voucher(s). If you gift your voucher(s) to someone else, that person should bring his/her ID when redeeming. The company may record your name and ID number to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.
- How many vouchers will I receive if I buy more than one voucher?
You will receive one confirmation email but separate vouchers for each unit purchased. This makes it easy to give one as a gift. Each voucher has a unique code on it and can only be used once.
- Are vouchers transferable and can I give them as gifts?
Yes - vouchers are fully transferable and "giftable". If you.d like to gift a voucher, simply purchase it, download it from your account and email it to your friend. You could also print it, wrap it up and gift it the old fashioned way!
Please note that any offers requiring shipment details upon checkout may only be delivered to the shipping address on the account holder.s profile. This address is captured upon the deal ending.
Please also note that certain vouchers may only be used for first-time customers (this will be clearly stated on the feature page and on the voucher itself) and this applies to the person redeeming the voucher.
- If I don't use the full value of my voucher in one visit can I use the remainder later?
Nope - unless otherwise stated on the voucher, you must use the full value in one visit.
- Can I buy a deal after the time has run out?
Unfortunately, each deal has a specific window of availability. Once the clock runs out the WagJag deal is no longer available. To avoid missing a deal, sign up for a WagJag account and join the email list so we can email you the new deals available in your region.
- What if I buy a voucher from a merchant who goes out of business?
WagJag deals with business merchants that we trust. If you are unable to redeem your voucher and use it, please contact us
- Can I combine my voucher with other offers or specials?
Generally not - you can only combine with other offers or specials if it is specified on the voucher you have purchased.

- Are WagJag credits valid for purchase on Jaunt?
WagJag credits are only valid on WagJag and you will not be able to use your WagJag credits on Jaunt.
- How do referrals works?
There are a few ways to refer friends and family to receive WagJag dollars. In order to refer a deal you will need to log into your WagJag account. Once logged in, you can refer your friends and family to a specific deal or direct them to the WagJag website. Listed below are 2 ways on earning WagJag dollars.
- When viewing a deal you will see an option to share that deal on Facebook, Twitter or through email.
- To refer a friend to WagJag in general, navigate to the My Account section. On the right hand side of the screen, click on REFERRAL LINK AND WIDGET. Copy your unique link and send it along..
For every friend that you refer, you will be credited $10 for their first successfully completed purchase. This initial purchase must be a minimum of $5 and charged to a valid credit card (user credits and gift cards do not count). The referral credit will be applied to your account once the deal has ended and the vouchers have been released.

- What is the Refund Policy?
WagJag values fantastic user experiences because we want to be the best part of your day. If you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know why (we like lots of juicy details) and our customer service team will work with you to make things right. Each issue will be investigated and handled on a case-by-case basis to determine the best resolution.
Within the first 30 days, if you have not used your voucher and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with a full refund. Seriously, it's that simple!
Products: Includes all goods that are delivered directly to your front door by a supplier.
WagJag provides you with an array of great products shipped right to your door. As products are shipped directly to you, they do fall under a separate refund policy than our daily deals which are redeemed by presenting a voucher in person.
Products received from a WagJag purchase may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective in any way or, if you have not opened the package and need to return it for any other reason. All other requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In all cases the product must be mailed back to the supplier, sealed in its original packaging. We cannot issue a refund until the product had been received by the supplier. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please note that due to their nature, health and beauty products are non-refundable.
Events and Seasonal Offers:
Once the event date has arrived, no refunds will be applied. Refunds will also not be issued for cancellation requests due to poor weather conditions.
WagJag Grocery prides itself on offering great deals with fantastic savings while working with the best companies in the food business. We are committed to providing quality products to make your in-home dining experience more pleasurable. If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will do our best to make it right. If you have a quality concern, please supply pictures detailing your issue. We will provide these to the food manufacturer in order to resolve your issue to the best of our ability.
Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed product after the pick-up window has closed. Whenever possible, unclaimed product will be donated to a local charity of WagJag's choice.
Please note, that due to the nature of food product, it cannot be returned.

Jaunt will issue refunds on unused vouchers until 14 days after the offer closes. If you're only able to redeem your Jaunt on certain dates, please ensure you make your booking with the hotel/merchant within the refund period. If your desired booking dates are unavailable, we'll be happy to issue a full refund provided your request is made within 14 days after the offer closes on Jaunt.
What is the hotel refund policy for both Jaunt and WagJag?
