How to Use:
- Take out USB plug
- Plug in power bank (not included)
- Switch on the power bank
- Press the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds
- Red light flashing, means high-temperature heating automatic
- After red light flashes for 5 minutes, the light will then turn white, meaning it is now on a medium temperature setting
- Manual adjustment has three levels, red light means high-temperature heating continuously, White is medium temperature setting, and Blue means low temperature setting
- To shut off, press the chest temperature control switch for two seconds until lights shut off
