The success of Toula Ristorante & Bar is in no small part thanks to executive chef Giuseppe Sclafani, whose lifelong exposure to Italian cooking and best farming practices inform his fresh and tantalizing list of authentic Italian dishes. Join his team on the 38th floor of the Westin Harbour Castle for stunning 360-degree views and a selection of prix-fixe favourites. All guests start with the chef's gourmet tapas trio before being served their choice of appetizer, such as "Parmantier" (potato) creme bisque or AAA beef tenderloin carpaccio with herbed mushroom tempura. Main courses are rich and hearty, including the pan-seared veal medallions and the tagliatelle handmade pasta with lamb ragu and black truffle. Traditional Italian desserts - tiramisu, creme brulee or peach torte - end the evening with a kick of classic sweetness.
