They’ve got a classic Eggs Benedict, with two slices of back bacon, two poached eggs and grilled English muffins with Hollandaise sauce, served with a fruit cup or hash browns; the Texas Skillet, featuring spicy taco beef, chopped green onions, and diced tomato over three scrambled eggs on hash browns with an order of thick-sliced toast; and the Egg-ceptional Burger – a Smitty’s beef burger with two strips of bacon, melted cheddar and topped with a sunny-side-up egg. Don’t forget the classic Smitty’s breakfast that made them their name, though: pancakes. The Big Country Breakfast has three of m, along with crispy bacon, sausage, juicy ham and back bacon.
