Refund Policy

What is the refund policy?

We guarantee that if you have any problems with a voucher you bought from our site we will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the deal, and a full WagJag credit within 30 days of the purchase. We also guarantee you a full WagJag credit through the validity of your voucher if you are unable to use it due to the business shutting down or management changing - a truly risk free purchase offered only on! After the 30 days have passed each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and only credit will be issued, if warranted.

Exceptions to the 30 day rule include WagJag products, events, travel and grocery, listed below. Please note that due to their nature, health and beauty products are non-refundable.

Should a voucher’s redemption window be shorter than 30 days, refunds will be available until the listed expiry date. Refunds will not be provided on expired vouchers.

Refunds on products

1. Refunds

We will be happy to process a full refund for any purchase as long as the request for a refund is made within 48 hours of the purchase. Beyond that point, the purchase is final. No changes can be made, and the order cannot be modified in any way.

2. Defects

Should your item turn out to be defective upon arrival, or should you find that you did not receive the product you ordered, please contact us within 1 week of delivery so that we can arrange a return. After the 1-week mark, all return requests are decided on a case-by-case basis. 

Please ensure that you do not discard the item you received, as you may be asked to return it, and be sure to keep the original packaging as well. Please note that our customer support team might ask you for a short video and/or photos that clearly show the defect.

In the event that we ask you to return the item, we will provide a return label so that you won't have to pay shipping fees.

3. Returns:

Returns are only considered if you did not receive what you ordered or if the item is defective upon arrival. If the item is received as ordered, it is considered to be a final sale. 

Refunds on events and seasonal offers

Once the event date has arrived, the voucher is 100% non-refundable. Please refer to the Offer Details for more information. WagJag will not issue refunds due to inclement weather.

Refunds on grocery items

Grocery items are 100% non-refundable. If the quality of the product you received is different than what was advertised, please contact us within 14 days of the last listed pick-up date. Requests past this time will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds on WagJag Travel offers

WagJag will issue refunds on travel deals only within 14 days of the deal closing on the website. This date will be listed on your voucher.

Refunds on affiliate offers

Offers brought to you by our affiliate partners do not fall under any of WagJag’s refund policies. Instead, the partner’s policies take full effect. Applicable terms will be provided within the details of the offer.

The following items are not refundable:

  • WagJag gift cards
  • Promotional codes have no cash value and are not refundable
