- Valid for homes up to 3,500 sq.ft. 2 vouchers are required for homes larger than 3,500 sq.ft., (or with 2 furnaces) or residents must pay $50 per extra 500 sq.ft.
- $50 extra per additional furnace
- May not combine options
- Service must be performed at homes with driveways (not valid for apartment buildings/condos)
- Must give 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or voucher is void
