$5 for $10 Worth of Breakfast and Lunch at Eggsmart at Eglinton and Warden

Mmm… eggs. We at WagJag are always egg-cited about deals involving this fine member of the meat food group, but we’ll try to refrain ourselves from making any obvious jokes – we heard they’re not all they’re cracked up to be! However, you can be sure today’s WagJag is: $5 for $10 worth of breakfast and lunch at Eggsmart Eggsmart at Eglinton and Warden.

Eggsmart is a jack of all trades when it comes to eggs, beating, scrambling, poaching and frying them into submission so they become hearty breakfasts and lunches. The resto was built on the firm belief that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and that eggs make breakfast all the more energizing and satisfying. Wake up and wean yourself off sleep inside the egg-celently cozy dwellings with a traditional, piping-hot Eggs Benedict ($7.99) or Classic Breakfast of three eggs cooked the way you like them and accompanied by Texas toast, fresh cut home fries and bacon, ham or sausage ($4.99). If you're in need of a new egg-sperience (last egg pun, promise) try something a bit more radical, like the Zesty Greek Omelette ($8.99) or Signature Sausage Scrambler ($7.99); a medley of sausage, cheddar cheese, onions and green peppers sided with home fries and toast. Not an egg fanatic? We won't scold you, just tell you about the French toast ($5.99), waffle ($5.99-$8.99) and banana, chocolate chip or blueberry compote pancakes ($5.99-$7.49) also featured on the menu.

This deal doesn't discriminate against late bloomers.  Breakfast is served any time of day until close (see hours below), but if you're more of a lunch lover in the afternoon, there's a range of sandwiches ($3.99-$5.99) and wraps of the steak, Canadian Club and BLT variety ($7.99-$8.99) to fuel your midday hunger.
