Walkers Fish Market unites the seafood of the world on its lengthy, ever-changing menu. Any given day might find Lake Erie trout ($17), Panamanian swordfish ($22), and Tuna from the Philippines ($26) co-existing peacefully in the Fresh Catch section. For those who shun the stove and fear the frying pan, a selection of oysters is on offer on the Raw Bar. Walkers specialties include Lobster Mac and Cheese ($23) where pasta, chunks of lobster, and mascarpone cheese sauce come together under a baked cheddar crust, and the classic Haddock and Chips ($16). Non-pescatarians won’t feel left out, as they can sink their meat-chompers into one of several steaks.
