What You Get
A man charged with a DUI was brought before a judge. The judge says to him, "I see you've been brought here for drinking whisky." The man says, "Great! Let's get started." All this talk of scotch is appropriate, because today's WagJag is for the Scotch Comedy Festival [Editor's note: This WagJag is for the Sketch Comedy Festival. Please revise]. Get a four-show pass for only $20 to the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival (a $40 value).
Entering its seventh sketchtastic year, the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival combines the best sketch comedy troupes from across the continent into an irreverent, wisecracking Voltron. From November 8 - 13, more than 40 acts will perform on three Toronto stages for the purposes of busting guts, splitting sides, and inducing bouts of uncontrollable knee-slapping. Headliners this year are Two Kids, One Hall, featuring Scott Thompson and Kevin McDonald of The Kids in the Hall. The complete lineup features so much funny its not even funny - and this deal offers unlimited buys to allow for maximum humour consumption.
To get your laugh on, exchange your WagJag vouchers for 4-show passes at any of the venue box offices during the Festival (The Comedy Bar, The Lower Ossington Theatre, or The Second City Theatre). The 4-Show Pass can then be redeemed for up to 4 SketchFest tickets. The pass is transferrable and can be redeemed for up to 2 tickets to any one show. Passes can be redeemed at the venue box offices on the evening of the show, but keep in mind that this is subject to the availability of tickets. There are no advance reservations. Melodrama has no place at a comedy festival, so arrive early!
