Much of the reputation is thanks to their array of Neapolitan pizzas, made with a special, closely guarded list of ingredients and certified by the Vera Pizza Napoletana for true Italian authenticity. Peruse the menu to see 23 ways to dress up your circular meal - pizza 'nduja, made with fior de latte mozzarella and spicy salami, is a great option for heat-seekers, while the vegetariana satisfies hunger of the non-meat-eating contingent with layers of grilled eggplant, zucchini, peppers and fresh basil. Pizzas can be made with either a white or red sauce base and are toasted in the restaurant's wood-fire oven, capable of cooking a fresh pan of the round stuff in 90 seconds.
