Maxwell McCoys is an eatery that serves up the freshest fare in London Towne. Drop in, share an appetizer with friends and choose from: The Ultimate Nachos ($7.95) with crispy, white corn tortillas layered with Monterey Jack cheese, fresh diced peppers and bruschetta - all of which is then baked up and served alongside sour cream and fresh Baja Salsa; the Teetering Tower o' Rings ($5.95) with Texas-cut onions battered and served with chipotle mayo; and the Mediterranean Trilogy ($9.95) which lets you pick three dips from the list of house-made hummus, black olive tapenade, bruschetta, roasted red pepper or spinch and artichoke.

You can also opt to build a burger, starting with a 6oz premium ground chuck patty, grilled chicken breast or a grilled portobello mushroom cap ($8.95) and then start piling on the toppings. From cheddar, Provolone or feta to salami, roasted red peppers or spinach and artichoke dip, there's something for everyone. Mains range from a salmon dinner ($10.95) with a ginger teriyaki glaze and fries; classic beer-battered fish and chips ($9.95) served with tartar sauce; and a Cajun chicken pasta dish ($10.95) of fresh grilled chicken, spinach, red onions and roasted garlic.
