What You Get
Getting a bird's-eye view of the Vancouver area lets you marvel at scenic mountains, serene coastlines and see what it would be like to be a human Google Earth. Gain a new perspective with today's WagJag: for $99, you get a one-hour introductory flight experience from Sea to Sky Air.
Sea to Sky's lofty excursions treat aspiring aviators to training on the ground, views form the air and some time behind the wheel. Each 60-minute solo flying lesson begins with 30 minutes of ground training to learn the basics and craft your own distinctive call sign (possibly something other than "Iceman?"). After hopping into Sea to Sky's Cessna 172, instructors and students take off on a spectacular spin high above the Pacific, soaring over Vancouver, Whistler and the majestic Squamish area landscape. The ideal blend of sightseeing tour and piloting experience, Sea to Sky's introductory experience can be embarked upon with up to two additional passengers for an extra $50 per person.
Novice wingmen and wingwomen are guided through the skies by Sea to Sky's staff of certified flight instructors, whose vast knowledge of the region's geography and scenic highlights makes the experience even more enjoyable. A unique gift for the aerial enthusiasts in your life, Sea to Sky's memorable experiences get off the ground at Squamish Airport.
