Kids will come home confident and radiating with pride after a week at Kitchener Karate Academy. This summer camp is chock full of games and activities designed to help kids get stronger, improve coordination and flexibility, and develop quicker reflexes. With their new martial arts skills, kids will learn self-defence techniques such as bully proofing, the buddy system, how to strike a wooden board and what they should or shouldn't do when confronted with a weapon. While learning to be more aware of their surroundings and developing skills that will protect them for life, kids are still having plenty of fun indoors and outdoors. Every Friday for the last hour of camp, parents are invited to attend the club to observe their child in action.

The owner of Kitchener Karate Academy has been training since 1991 and is passionate about instructing his students. The academy carefully crafts their camp programs to ensure a balance between having fun and acquiring lifelong skills. Camp runs from 9am to 3:30pm with before and after care available for an extra charge.
