Rider Training Institute's course includes 3 hours of in-class theory and 15 hours of driving practice on the road. Fonzie and Captain America wannabees with a valid M1 license will learn to handle a two-wheeler with skill, while obeying all the rules of the road. Students begin with theory classes on Tuesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., then practice carrying out their new-found motorcycling skills at the Mosport International Raceway the following Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Once everyone is fully schooled in the motorcycleology, each person will take a road test, and (pending a pass) become eligible for M2 status. • a denim, leather or armoured riding jacket
