The way it works is simple: choose from a variety of delectable meals, choose your session time and date, then come into SupperWorks and prepare your meals without any time-consuming prep work or irritating cleanup. All you have to do is assemble the dishes you’ve chosen. SupperWorks provides the recipes and fresh, prepped ingredients, equipment, packaging, and easy cooking instructions. They even clean up after you! This means you’ll have time to prepare 6 full-sized entrees (each serving 4 to 6 people) in an hour, meaning 12 entrees takes about 2 hours. Each serving costs about five dollars. At home, simply pop everything into the freezer, then thaw and cook as needed.

SupperWorks was started by moms and foodies Joni Lien and Chris Wood, who wanted to find a way for busy families to eat quick, home-cooked meals that were both delicious and nutritious. Since opening in 2005, SupperWorks has grown to 16 locations in Ontario and has been featured on TV shows including Breakfast Television, CH Morning, ‘Til Debt Do Us Part, and Fortune Hunters.
