The way it works is simple: choose from a variety of delectable meals, choose your session or pick-up date, then come into SupperWorks Kingston. The staff will have assembled the dishes you've chosen. At home, simply pop everything into the freezer, then thaw and cook as needed.

SupperWorks was started by moms and foodies Joni Lien and Chris Wood, who wanted to find a way for busy families to eat quick, home-cooked meals that were both delicious and nutritious. Since opening in 2005, SupperWorks has grown to 16 locations in Ontario and has been featured on TV shows including Breakfast Television, CH Morning, 'Til Debt Do Us Part and Fortune Hunters.
