Chef Jono's elegant in-home dinner parties bring restaurant-caliber food to your very own table. He enters your kitchen equipped with all the ingredients needed and puts underused appliances to work. (Clients are welcome in the kitchen to observe, ask questions, and possibly even learn a thing or two.) Meals begin with a selection of hors d'oeuvres, tapas, and canapes. Greens come in the form of Chef Jono's signature salad, an edible Guggenheim of grated celery root and apple in a cucumber wrap. For the main event, selections like Beef Two Ways, Chicken Supreme stuffed with ricotta and apricots, or black cod in a sesame seed crust impress guests and tastebuds alike, and desserts like Creme Brulee caramelized tableside provide a sweet finish with a flourish.
