It's important to maintain your furnace with a check-up - not only will you improve its efficiency, but you'll save yourself a whack of cash on utility bills and expensive repairs in the future. Option 1 lets you get your furnace or air conditioner checked out and okayed by Oosterveld's knowledgeable, courteous staff.

Option 2 gets you one year of planned service on your furnace or air conditioner. The planned service program includes one full year of labour coverage for your furnace or air conditioner; priority service for service calls; after hours emergency service available during the heating season and one free 17-point checkup and cleaning for your furnace or air conditioner. You can add on your hot water heater, HRV or fireplace to this planned service - call for details.

Please note that additional units (such as boilers) may be added for an additional fee, but that oil furnaces are not included in this offer.
