T|Bar is a new lounge and restaurant located within Toronto's flagship Eaton Chelsea Hotel. A highlight of dining at the Eaton Chelsea in the past, the hotel's popular Indian lunch buffet makes its comeback at T|Bar, offering an array of authentic dishes, prepared from scratch by award-winning executive Chef Brian MacAskill. Every weekday, spice-loving patrons can fill their plates with chicken tandoori, beef curry, lamb rogan josh and a variety of rice and vegetarian delights. Vegetable samosas, papadum, garlic naan and several chutneys accompany each savoury bite to create the to-die-for flavour-texture fusion Indian cuisine is known for.

T|Bar welcomes both Hotel guests and walk-in diners for buffet lunch, a-la-carte lunch or dinner and evening drinks.
