Yujo Mixed Martial Arts teaches students aged four and up all they need to know about the basics of martial arts training, covering the self-discipline, concentration and physical fitness involved in the fighting style. The MMA program includes classes in karate, jiu-jitsu, weapons and kickboxing/leadership team. Weekday classes are offered for all age groups, and a Saturday class that offers sparring, grappling XSD classes for all ages. XSD is a martial arts program developed to exceed the basic training of any one discipline, incorporating gymnastics and acrobatics.
