With this WagJag voucher, your child of 7 or under gets to take part in a fun and challenging movement education program once a week for two months. Each of the eight classes will begin with a Monkeynastix warm up song. Participants are then led through some basic stretching positions. For the remainder of the class, the children use specialized equipment for the main activity, which changes weekly. Main activities might include exciting tasks such as bouncing on a trampoline, developing ball skills, conquering the balance beam, and practicing floor work. The goal is for children to leave Monkeynastix feeling happy, confident, and energized.
