Yujo Mixed Martial Arts teaches students the basics of martial arts training, covering self-discipline, concentration and physical fitness. The adult MMA program is for students aged 18 and up, and includes classes in karate, jiu-jitsu, weapons and kickboxing/leadership team. Weekday classes are offered for all age groups, and a Saturday class brings students together for an all-ages mega-session. XSD is a martial arts program developed to exceed the basic training of any one discipline, incorporating gymnastics and acrobatics. XSD compliments all forms of physical activity by improving coordination, power, speed, flexibility and agility.
Yujo Mixed Martial Arts expert instructors are committed to helping students reach their full potential by elevating confidence that comes with a growing sense of mastery and self-discovery.
