Hook Up is there for all those aspiring boxing and Muay Thai stars. You don't even have to want to be a competitor. Hook Up's classes are great for those just looking for an intense workout so they look like one. Loaner equipment is available, with equipment available for purchase for those looking to train regularly (indoor training shoes only, please). Classes are available in both Muay Thai and traditional boxing, karate and fitness training. Classes for both children and adults are available.
Thai and boxing basics classes are run daily. Check the schedule online for details. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee signing up for this deal will get you the person of your dreams.
