Dance to your heart’s content with today’s WagJag: $149 for five months of recreational cheerleading classes from Absolute Cheer Energy Firebirds (a $350 value).

Kids ages four to 17 learn stunt, cheer, dance and gymnastics skills and transform into flickering Firebirds over the course of this five month program. Certified and experienced coaches work with each child to not only develop athleticism, but also teach them about the team’s core values, which include commitment, hard work, self-esteem, team-esteem, empowerment and most importantly, respect. By the end of the five months, kids are instilled with a love of cheer and drive for success. Classes run from September-January inclusive at an hour a week.

Tentative Class Schedule:

• Ages 4-8: Thursdays 5-6pm,
• Ages 6-11, Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
• Ages 12-17, Mondays 6-7pm and Saturdays 10:30-11:30am.
