Option 2: A 30-minute flying experience in a full-motion flight simulator with a certified flight instructor. You may use two vouchers back-to-back to make your session last one hour.
- $99 for a half-hour introductory flying lesson in a Cessna 172 with a Transport Canada certified flight instructor (a $200 value)
- $49 for a half-hour full motion flight simulator experience with a certified flight instructor (a $113 value)
Aviation enthusiasts ages 12 and up can experience 30 minutes in a state-of-the-art full-motion flight simulator or can fly a plane right off the ground with a half-hour session in a Cessna 172 (flight time can be counted towards a pilot licence). Along for the flight in option one is a guest of your choosing (sitting in the back seat) and a Transport Canada-certified flight instructor who provides guidance and imparts wisdom about the fine art of flying. Prior to the flight, you and a guest can enjoy lunch for two plus a three-hour seminar on how to fly an airplane and earn your pilot's licence. After the experience, take advantage of a $10 credit when you spend $50 or more at Humphrey's well-equipped pilot shop.
