Centreville Amusement Park gears up for its 2014 season with the Easter Egg-Stravaganza, a massive three-day Easter egg hunt packed with tons of family-friendly activities to kick off spring. The popular event attracts flocks of egg-hunters for two big searches, The Hunt and The Scramble – scour the grounds for the brightly coloured baubles. Egg sleuths can gather their findings in decorative baskets available for purchase on site, with proceeds going towards Cystic Fibrosis Canada. The Egg-Stravaganza takes place before the park’s official May 3 opening, but a select number of rides are open for the Easter crowds, in addition to a wealth of spring-ready activities – games, music, face painting, bouncing castles and more.
