- Once the voucher is purchased, call the resort directly at 1-800-244-9844 ext. 20 to make a reservation for your desired travel dates. If voicemail picks up when calling, leave a message and a reservations agent will promptly return the call
- Reservations are subject to availability and early booking is highly encouraged
- If your dates are not available, contact Travelzoo for a full refund within seven days of purchase

- You must be 25 years or older to reserve. Children ages 2 and under stay for free and are not included in the cottage-listed occupancy

- Once a cottage is reserved, cancellation requests may be made via email to [email protected] within seven days of purchasing the voucher; resort-imposed penalties may apply. Seven days after purchase, the voucher is non-refundable. For this rate to be honoured, you must present voucher at check-in
- Any unused promotional value credit will be forfeited upon checkout.
