What You Get
Ingredients:
- Braised Prime Sirloin
- Filling - Beef, butter, paprika, onion, garlic, onion powder, pepper, salt, mushroom, canola oil, water, vinegar, mustard, egg.
- Pastry - Wheat flour, butter, vegetable oils, water, salt, sugar, soy lecithin, turmeric extract, annatto extract, ascorbic acid
Baking Instructions:
- Do not thaw. Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 380°F (193°C) . Remove packaging and place Wellington on oven safe tray. Brush with egg wash to give it a golden colour. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let Wellington rest for 10-12 minutes before slicing and serving
