- LA galbi is a style of galbi––barbecued beef short ribs––cut thinly (about ¼ inch thick) across the bones. It's an extremely popular cut found almost in every Korean restaurant and a personal favourite of the GoFoodie team.
- Tender and juicy, the galbi fills your mouth with amazing flavours. It complements well with Romaine lettuce, cucumber, fresh garlic, and sauteed mushroom.

- Cooking Instructions:
- Simply grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side from frozen, or 2-3 minutes if thawed
- To create an authentic Korean BBQ taste, prepare a marinate using water, soy sauce, and soybean paste, with a touch of honey, garlic, onion, ginger, and green onions.
- Marinate in the fridge overnight
- To enhance its flavours, add a pinch of white sesame seeds before serving
