What You Get
- The braised Kalbi is a thick and meaty beef short rib that falls off the bone. Accompanied by a rich broth made from soy sauce, garlic, onion, pear and red dates, you can enjoy this wonderfully rich dish on white rice, noodles, or add vegetables to taste. To prepare, simply cook it in an Instapot (or pressure cooker) for 1 hour, or in a slow cooker for 4 hours.
