What You Get

- Pastry - Wheat flour, butter, vegetable oils, water, salt, sugar, soy lecithin, turmeric extract, annatto extract, ascorbic acid
Baking Instructions:
- Do not thaw. Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 380°F (193°C). Remove the packaging and place Wellington on an oven-safe tray. Brush with egg wash to give it a golden colour. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let Wellington rest for 10-12 minutes before slicing and serving
