Prepared following our closely guarded Italian recipes that originated in Matera (southern Italy), our pizzas are par-cooked in our Italian stone oven for a thoroughly cooked dough with a crispy crust and a flavour profile unlike any other. Each pizza is flash frozen and vacuum packed to ensure flavour and freshness until delivered to our consumers.
