What You Need To Know
- Valid for travel from January 4 - March 16, 2017
- Must book by December 31, 2016
- Valid on new reservations only
- With an additional backup room available at the nearby Hôtel Valcartier the same night as your stay for luggage storage and use of shower
- Accommodations for promotional vouchers are limited and subject to hotel availability. Customers are strongly encouraged to book as soon as possible.
- Package extras can be picked up at the hotel on the day of check-in only
- May stay on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night for extra fee, starting at $200/night, subject to availability. Certain week dates, room upgrades possible for extra fee, starting at $120.
- You can modify your date of stay up to 30 days prior to your arrival for the current season. This is applicable for a night at the Hôtel the Glace as well as other related activities. At all times, an administration fee of $25.00 CAD plus taxes per person will be charged for modifying your stay. All modifications of your date of stay for the current season or any postponement to the following year is subject to a $175.00 CAD plus taxes per person.
- An additional 14.975% tax is applicable and payable directly to the hotel upon reservation. Gratuities are not included
