Total experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes on site, and includes:
- Prep course: learning flight techniques and basic signals.
- Individual guidance and personalized instructions during the flight with the instructor.
- Post-flight debriefing session to review your flights and explain the next steps in progression.
- Rental of flight equipment (regular helmet, goggles, and flight suit) - you must bring your own lace-up sports shoes.
- Flex+ option, for peace of mind, allows you to make a free reservation modification in case of a change of plans, up to 24 hours before your experience!

- Who can fly: From 3 years old, everyone can fly, except for pregnant women, people who have had a shoulder dislocation, or weigh over 300 pounds. For individuals with special needs (physical, cognitive, or weighing over 260 pounds), please contact iFLY in advance to discuss specific arrangements required!
- Must sign waiver. Younger than 18 years must have guardian-signed waiver. Can be done online before you visit,

- Sales condition: The Flex+ option allows one reservation change free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience by contacting the location directly. A fee of $39.99 applies for last-minute modifications (from 24 hours up to 4 hours before the activity). After this deadline, no modifications are possible. The modification applies to all individuals with the same reservation. IFLY does not offer refunds. Minimum of 2 flights per person. If someone in the group does not want or cannot fly, the flights can be distributed to other participants or to a third person during the reserved session.
