Nu-u Float Studio is available to newcomers and returners alike, providing float pod sessions that aim to rejuvenate the body and the mind. These pods house 11" of water saturated with Epsom salt acting like the Dead Sea; guests float here for about an hour while the pods simulate an environment without senses. Not only does this have a relaxing effect on bones and muscles, but it also "turns-off" the brain's flight or fight response while it gets to relax in an almost meditative state. When guests leave, the body and mind tends to perk up and be more alert and agile.
