The gym’s main program, ladies boot camp, takes place three times a week and consists of a full-body workout designed to condition with a regimen of cardio, circuit training, resistance exercises, stability ball and agility training. In addition to boot camp, On the Go now features extra classes for different subsets of ladies - one for moms and their babies and one for the free mom whose kids are at school. Workouts are tailored in each class appropriate for the age and fitness levels of the participants. All scheduled sessions are led by a personal trainer and instructor who has continuously replenished her knowledge base throughout her past six years in the business.
