The class is for adults only and shows participants how to prepare some high-end Italian recipes. Chefs will walk you through elevated versions of popular dishes followed by a generous tasting of each one. The menu includes a pizza with San Marzano tomato sauce, aged prosciutto, sovrano, fresh basil and lemony arugula, green lentil salad (Du Puy style), gnocchi served with a mushroom crusted veal medallion and a Meyer lemon curd (frozen) with lime zest, pistachios and basil infused whipped cream for dessert.
