Tai chi is a slow and graceful exercise from China, designed to empower both the body and mind. Although it appears slow, it offers a very effective stimulation for all systems of the body, including balance, stiff joints, arthritis, neuro muscular issues, posture, strengthening of the bones, heart, circulation, digestion and depression. Tai chi can reverse the effects of stress and restore harmony while increasing flexibility, balance, energy and restoring sleep patterns. It also improves the ability to relax, concentrate and experience a sense of well-being.
Your 2-month membership is unlimited, giving you the best possible access to an internal martial art certain to get you in possibly the best shape of your life. The class schedule is as follows, though new classes can be added:
