For your entrée, consider something from the grill such as the certified Angus New York sirloin steak ($54), “Marchand de Vin” – grilled to your liking. If you’re feeling less meaty, try their Mediterranean chicken ($44), marinated and topped with tomatoes, feta, bell peppers, onions, basil, and oregano and served with rice pilaf. The tower also offers vegan options to suit any appetite, including their full-flavoured grilled vegetables “Stroffolino,” full of layers of fresh grilled peppers, zucchini, eggplant, red onions and Shiitake mushrooms with slices of tofu. For dessert, sample Skylon's famous crème brûlée ($11), caramelized to order.
