- Skillet: Preheat your skillet on medium/high heat, then place the frozen fillets in a single layer. Cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through for a perfect sear.
- Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F, lay the frozen fillets in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
