A box of 40 chicken burgers, each pattie is 4oz. Made with all white meat. This product comes raw, frozen and layer-packed. Each pattie separated by a thin piece of wax paper. Ingredients: Chicken, water, binder (wheat flour, salt, corn flour, dehydrated onion, spice, potato starch).
