- Prepare or freeze your Butcher Shoppe chicken within five days of receiving them.You don’t need to wash raw chicken! This will only spread juices to other surfaces. Instead, wash hands before handling and use a separate cutting board for your raw chicken protein. Otherwise, the key is to avoid drying the chicken out during cooking.

How Delivery Works:
- Orders made by Sunday 11:59 PM will be delivered the following week on Thursday (if Monday is a holiday, orders will be delivered to you on Friday of that week). You will receive confirmation of your scheduled delivery on the Monday of that week.
- We recommend someone is home on the date of delivery to receive your order.
